In this session, we will explore a wide variety of equity and debt strategies to help you determine the capital formation plan that best suits your venture. Funding topics will focus on early stage investors such as angels and individuals, development stage investing by way of private placement memorandums and strategic investing, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, preparing for the initial public offering, strategic alliances and joint ventures. Angel Investor John May will join the session to discuss trends in the capital markets.
